DERBY BIKE HIRE

Step 1/5: Select your start date, then your pick up time e.g. 08:30am or 12:30pm, followed by the duration e.g. 4-hours to 7-days.

Step 2/5: Select the type of bike you wish to hire e.g. e-MTB, Dual Suspension, Hardtail, or Kids.

Note: If a particular size is crossed out, and the word UNAVAILABLE appears next to it, this denotes that the bike is already booked.

Step 3/5 (Cart): See your selection & add any optional extras e.g. early pick up, or full-face helmet, or skills instructor and/or tour guide. Input your weight (for bike set up). Include any relevant additional information in the notes field.

Step 4/5: Create an account, or log in if you are a returning customer. Read the Terms & Conditions and tick the box to proceed to checkout.

Step 5/5: You will be directed to a secure online PayPal payment portal. Once you have made payment you will receive an email confirming your booking. At the foot of the confirmation email you can view the T&C's again. Please also take the time to sign the secure online waiver as this will speed up the check out process on the day and get you onto the trails quicker.

NB: If you do not make payment in full within 90 minutes, your booking will automatically be cancelled.

If you do not receive a booking confirmation email, then be sure to check your junk folder before contacting us.
